The unit within Real Estate and Tenancy Law consists of a strong team of lawyers who are all specialized in general real estate law. We see collaboration as a natural and important part of the work. Real estate law has long been a natural and important part of Ludvig & Co's legal operations.

About the role

As a lawyer with us, your work will include:

• Providing legal advice to new and existing clients in general real estate law with a focus on tenancy and lease law. This may include matters related to agricultural, residential, and commercial leases, as well as handling contractual servitudes and other rights of use. We assist our clients if disputes arise, and therefore litigation is a natural part of our work.
• Acting as a representative in the tenancy and lease board as well as in general courts.
• Being responsible for creating engagement towards the market to attract new clients.
• Building an internal and external network and constantly keeping yourself updated on current issues.

We are looking for you

To fit into the role with us, you have:

• Many years of experience in qualified legal work in real estate law, preferably with a focus on tenancy and lease law.
• Experience in dispute resolution and litigation in boards and courts.
• At least five years of experience working at a law firm or legal office.
• Law degree or equivalent legal education.
• Clerkship is highly meritorious.
